PRODUCT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY
All products including fajas and waist trainers are final sale, no exchange or return due to covid. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and reason for return. Once we receive your email, follow-up instructions will be provided.
The inflatable mattress and mini-mattress or sofa bbl mattress do not have built-in pumps and pump is not included with the purchase on less you purchase the bundle package. This means the inflatable mattresses will need to be filled with air every 4 to 6 hours depending on your weight, this does not mean you cannot sleep on.
The customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable once order has shipped.
We air test all mattresses for 48 hours prior to shipping to ensure we do not send out any mattresses with holes. That being said, please inflate your mattress the day that you receive it, if you find a visible hole please notify us immediately and email us clear pictures of the damaged mattress hole. You will only have 48 hours from the day you receive your mattress to do this for a refund. We will send further instructions via email on how to proceed with shipping the mattress back to us.
We do accept returns on products that have not been opened, customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We must be notified within 48 hours after you receive your order to do a return. If we find upon receiving your return that the product has in fact been opened we will not accept the return.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Once orders are placed please allow 3-4 business days for payment to clear and orders to be processed.
Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping depending on the weight. Please allow 10 business days to receive your merchandise from the time your order is processed. Weather, Holidays, and weekends may cause delays.
International shipping is UPS or USPS please allow 10-14 business days to receive your merchandise from the time your order is processed.
Once order(s) have been shipped we are not responsible for any delays due to USPS or UPS achieving delivery time, please plan accordingly.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact the delivery carrier (either United States Postal Service or UPS) address the issue directly with them. MLC POST-OP does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated or marked as delivered by the carrier Lost or stolen. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
International shipping is 10-14 business days. Please note international shipments have to be declared and pass customs. They can be held at customs which could delay delivery time
Some countries may charge a Duty Tax for merchandise shipped. This is not a fee we cover because it’s not related to shipping. If you decide to refuse your merchandise because of the Duty Tax Fee your merchandise will be refunded once we receive the merchandise minus the shipping cost which has been incurred and is also non-refundable
If your address is considered undeliverable or if customs refuses your order in your country of origin once the merchandise is returned to us we will refund you the cost of the merchandise minus the shipping cost which has been incurred and is also non-refundable.
Orders placed after 5pm (EST) are considered next business day. Orders placed after 5pm (EST) on a Friday will not be processed until the next business day. Please note if there is a holiday in between or if orders are placed on a holiday, orders are not processed until the following business day.
